Photogrammetry and Webservice Solution

Master programme course group project

In this project, I was tasked to showscase photogrammetric product using web mapping services. I took the initiative to be the leading full-stack developer.

I took charge in determining the website design and functionalities that are the suitable options for our project which contains interactive 2D visualization of raster images and 3D visualization of point cloud of the images. I implemented Bootstrap framework for the front-end of the website and supervise my other webdev team (1 person) to continue with the final interface.

I took charge 100% of the back-end of the website. I implemented OpenLayer to visualize processed images of part of Enschede in the form of Digital Terrain Model (DTM). I also implemented Cesium platform to interactively visualize of point clouds and Digital Surface Model (DSM) in three dimension.

This website is being hosted in University of Twente server since we were using some map functionalities exclusively stored in it. Therefore, the website cannot be opened outside of the university internet connection.

However, I can showcase the live website upon request during a call or interview.
